The restaurant and the wine cellar
In another wing of the castle is to be found the restaurant, where the traditional Piedmontese dishes served offer simple flavours enhanced by the high quality of the ingredients and the skill of the staff.
The cellar is worth a visit for its wide range of wines alone; its special appeal however, lies above-all in its location beneath the tower.
Guests can also be accompanied on guided tours of the very best wineries in the area.
