For anyone who comes to Bubbio, a visit to the spa town of Acqui Terme is a must, to make use of the many wellbeing facilities to be found there or just for a wander around the lovely town centre. Among the local food and wine specialities, Robiola di Roccaverano - a cheese which has been awarded European P.D.O. status - and Moscato Passito di Loazzolo (raisin wine) deserve special mention. |
